These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the services offered by The Kure Method. By visiting this website or booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

 

2. Services Provided

Catalina Andreea Oprea offers professional Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and wellness-based support services, which may include:

  • Hypnotherapy and guided regression

  • Coaching and transformational dialogue

  • Personalised audio recordings to reinforce session outcomes

  • Additional personal growth and guidance services as described on the website

 

3. Booking and Payment

  • Sessions may be booked through the website or by direct contact.

  • Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed as part of a treatment plan.

  • Payments may be processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

 

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

  • If unforeseen circumstances arise on the practitioner’s side, you will be offered a new appointment or a refund.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to participate honestly and actively during sessions.

To support the best possible experience, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and health information

  • Disclose relevant medical, psychological, or medication considerations

  • Follow session recommendations, including listening to personalised recordings when provided

  • Attend sessions sober, present, and able to participate fully

 

6. Confidentiality

  • All personal information and session content are treated confidentially in accordance with GDPR and applicable privacy laws.

  • Session notes and recordings are used only for professional purposes and will not be shared without your consent, except where required by law.
     

7. Medical & Health Disclaimer

The Kure Method provides wellness and coaching services only.

  • Services are not medical treatment.

  • Services do not replace licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic care.

  • No diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any medical or mental health condition is offered or implied.

  • Clients under medical care should continue following the guidance of their healthcare provider.

  • Please consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns or before beginning services if you have significant health conditions.

  • Results vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed.

 

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) may not be appropriate for everyone.

 

RTT is generally not recommended for individuals currently experiencing:

  • Active psychosis or schizophrenia

  • Severe PTSD

  • Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID)

It may also be unsuitable for some individuals taking certain medications, including:

  • Antipsychotics

  • Lithium

  • Narcotics

If you are managing complex conditions such as severe depression, high-risk pregnancy, cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled epilepsy, or any serious health concern, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.

 

8. Recordings and Materials

  • Sessions may be recorded for the purpose of creating personalised transformation recordings.

  • All recordings, written materials, website content, and resources are proprietary and intended for personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Catalina Andreea Oprea and The Kure Method are not liable for outcomes influenced by client participation, consistency, personal circumstances, or factors beyond reasonable control.

  • While many clients experience positive results, outcomes vary for each individual.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, branding, audio, graphics, and materials, is the intellectual property of Catalina Andreea Oprea / The Kure Method unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

 

11. International Clients

  • Online sessions are available worldwide.

  • By using this website or booking services, you understand that your information may be processed across borders in accordance with GDPR and applicable privacy laws.

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany.
